Effective Guidance

Throughout decades of executive experience, Mark developed a passion for coaching others, implementing new curriculum, advanced training, and one-on-one mentorship to help them achieve the results they’re working toward. Taking on three to four executives at any given time, Mark provides weekly one-on-one coaching to dive deep with fellow followers of Jesus.

Through these sessions, participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves as leaders, exploring their identity, convictions, and reciprocity. Mark also assists with practical challenges surrounding mission, brand identity, communication, sales, and leading from a Christ-centered perspective.
